Usage
Customer Features:
- Return Request Submission:
Customers can select purchased products from completed orders and initiate a return request. - Input Details:
- Input the return amount for the products they wish to return.
- Specify the return reason.
Admin Features:
Request Management:
Administrators can review each return request and update the following details:- Status: Choose from Pending, Rejected, or Approved.
- Return Amount: Define the refund amount in the store's currency.
- Return Reason: View the customer-provided reason.
- Response Note: Provide notes visible to the customer.
- Admin Note: Maintain internal notes for admin use only.
- Resolved Date: Mark the date of resolution for proper tracking.

Pro Version
With the Pro version, you can gain even more control and flexibility for your business. The Pro version offers advanced features designed to optimize the return process and enhance customer satisfaction.
Pro Version Settings
Return Time Limit
It determines the maximum period within which customers can request a refund. For example, if you enter 30 days, customers can request a refund within 30 days of completing their order.
User-Based Time Limit
Allows you to set a specific return time limit for each customer. When you enable the return time limit setting per customer on the user edit page, you can set different times for each customer. For instance, you might set 15 days for some customers and 45 days for others. If you do not specify a custom value for a customer, the default "Return Time Limit" value will apply.
Number of Requests Listed Per Front-end Page for Customer
Determines how many return requests are shown per page on the front-end for customers. For example, if you enter 10, customers will see 10 return requests per page.
Submit Product Return Requests
- Save as draft first and show confirmation: This setting allows customers to save their return request as a draft initially. Once a customer creates a request, they are presented with three options:
- "Cancel Request": Sends the request to the trash.
- "Send Request": Publishes the request.
- "Close": Leaves the request as a draft; if the customer later approves the request, it is published, or if canceled, it is sent to the trash.
- Publish in one step: This setting allows customers to create and submit their return request in one step.
Group Requests
Allows customers to group multiple products into a single return request. This makes it easier for customers to request returns for multiple products at once.
Assign Permissions
Enables you to assign different permissions to users with "Administrator" or "Store Manager" roles on return requests.
- Read-only: Users can only view return requests but cannot edit them.
- Administrator: Users can edit, approve, and reject return requests.
- Supervisor: Users can edit, approve, reject, and make the final return approval on return requests.
When a return for a product is accepted, if the product is one with active inventory tracking, the returned item will be added back to the stock upon acceptance of the return.
